The Site provides information about our pre-deal value creation services for founder-led businesses ("Services"), including advisory, leadership and value-readiness work in the years before a capital event. Accessing or using this Site, or communicating with us through it, does not create any advisory or professional relationship unless expressly agreed in writing and subject to a specific engagement.

The Value Creation Framework is a proprietary methodology of Intention Coaching Limited. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
