Diagnose
We begin with a structured assessment of the business across leadership, commercial performance, transaction readiness, and strategic risk. The output is an honest picture of where value exists, where gaps lie, and what a buyer or investor would discount today.

Prioritise
Not everything can be fixed, and not everything needs to be. We identify the highest-leverage interventions, the changes that will move the valuation needle most before the deal, and sequence them into a realistic roadmap.

Build
We work alongside the founder to close the gaps identified in the assessment. Leadership architecture, commercial systems, positioning, management information. We stay in the work, not above it.

Realise
As the capital event approaches, we prepare the business and the founder for external scrutiny. Narrative, documentation, and positioning. The goal is to enter the deal process from a position of strength — with no surprises and no discounts that should not have been there.
When to Engage
"The window matters as much as the work."
The most valuable interventions happen 12 to 36 months before a capital event — not in the final quarter before a sale process begins. By the time an M&A advisor is engaged, most of the value has already been set.
We work upstream. Our mandate begins where most advisors haven't yet been hired.
