We are not M&A advisors, investment bankers, or regulated financial advisors. We do not structure transactions, advise on securities, or act as agents at the deal table. That work belongs to the lawyers, bankers, and regulated professionals our clients engage independently. Our role is to ensure that when those conversations begin, the business and the founder are fully prepared for them.
